Glad you found it, it wasn't actually a crash, it was just some network issues that prevented you from joining the server. M1911's are under the minimum for a refund anyway.

If a cop has a gun out and you are trying to get your friend that is arrested I see no issue with shooting them as they will just shoot you back if you tell them to uncuff your friend at gun point. But if they are unarmed, you can't just shoot them, you should tell them to uncuff your friend...
