Spawned in staff cars are not an advantage, since you do not have access to these vehicles you do not know that 90% of our list of cop cars are terrible.
The issue is when such staff goes on detective, he has then in theory access to any civilian vehicle he want, thats when the "non-advantages" goes hard. There are no mrp-rules stating what cars, in what situation, when and where they should and shouldn't be spawned, meaning that the "spawns" are based solely on the staffs description, they can do whatever they want. There might be guidelines but we as regular players do not have access to them, so there is no way to spot when a staff is breaking a spawn vehicle guideline either (assuming there is one). Also you as staff, have never been in annoying situations where staffs were cleary abusing this, with fast civilian vehicles and to not let anyone steal them, its a raging experience that still happens, if you don't trust on my word, several other people can talk about this too.

Like I said, staff help the server a lot. Staff are allowed to have perks, they really don't give an advantage to anything.
What's the point of a perk if it doesn't give you an advantage over other person? sounds like a contradiction from you part, but ill say that i understand your point. As i said earlier, staffs aren't being paid to perform their duties, then in exchange of their work, there it comes these perks, powers, etc call whatever you want. National guard and vehicle spawn abuse issues comes from the same root: You guys need these perks, powers as one form of payment for your staff duties since you aren't paid real money, thats reasonable, but even these perks/powers usage needs some sort of regulamentation and balancing, otherwise there is abuse. You guys, and im talking about management at this point, seem to fail to acknowledge this. The problem keeps getting bigger and people are still in complaint about it, until you guys decide to change something.

I completely agree with you, but I still fail to understand how its abuse, as said previously we have guidelines, we can do and we cannot do, at the end of the day its just cars that aren't top tier, we cannot upgrade them, it gains no advantage to other players, just an extended preference choice to staff members. These cars gain no advatnage at all to the game mode and doesn't hurt the player base, literally just cars. I've already put in your concerns for stealing staff cars as we cannot track them. Hopefully devs can put trackers on them once and for all.

Hey I'm going to jump in here real quick, in my opinion if its like 3 cops on vs 8 man zerg around the city that qualify as civil unrest and NG should be deployed since at that point it's no longer a city its fucking gotham. Secondly on the topic of cop car for staff, I can't comment since I don't know their internal protocol but back when I was in the team the rules was that it has to be spawn at the garage where all vehicle was spawned and it has to be a police model vehicle ( pls no yell at me, me just give opinion ). Finally on the topic of weaponry for NG I believe that they should get high tier weapon however these weapon should be the exact same as regular player can obtain them ( been gone for long idk if HK is still exotic ) so for example an XM8 or ACR is understandable but staff shouldn't use exotic weapon. Also NG should have some rules to them such as can't go on patrol and can only response to shootout against an officer and when the city safety status has reached critical condition ( Minimum police against a lot of criminal with upper tier weaponry ). Also I believe once development put the tracker on staff car it can be stolen

I think it's unfair for national guard or any team for that matter, especially one which is limited exclusively to staff members, to be given a weapon which gives them an unfair advantage over other players. Especially since national guard is meant to be used often against other players I think it gives them an unfair edge that we don't have. Of course at the same time national guard is being used in a very limited sense so I think it's not as bad for them to have access to the HK416. But perhaps a nerf could be needed because of how powerful they can be.

8 man zerg I see but it was 3 to 4 of us at max and 2 of them had machetes or even pistols but the tracker idea for spawned cars is awesome or a specific tab in the PD to spawn in staff cars that they need the perms to do such. And yes a XM8 or ACR would be fine since the average player can obtain and use them and not have to whip out a 100k+ gun every time National Guard is on

I just tested this, XM8 & Hks are literally very similar. Damage, fire rate, & spread are similar.

I was not going to originally respond to this but here we go:

In today's situation, make sure you clarify how the entire situation that led up to National Guard's deployment. You claim National Guard's deployment was against cop versus player experience; however, you failed to mention how there were only 2-3 cops online at the time and they kept getting killed over actions that symbolize cop baiting. These cops wanted to play as cops and wanted to roleplay, but due to actions against the rules, they kept getting killed over and over (one of them was a staff member). National Guard's deployment did not ruin the player versus cop experience, it ruined the killstreak of players who just wanted to shoot cops. Especially since it was 6 people in 1 car with high-tier weapons against 2-3 cops online.

You are technically correct but not entirely, National Guard is here to make sure there is no civil unrest and make sure everything is in order. Staff are allowed to go on National Guard when these events happen, staff are not just people who take tickets from 9-5, we too want to take a break from getting screamed at and just want to play the game.

Those are extremely rare events, but that's not what National Guard is only for.

The national guard has any weapon realistic enough that SA+ deem necessary. Since they are part of the U.S army they are allowed to have high-tier weapons just like civilians. (please do remember this is just a game).

To clarify what Shain said, it is like a staff perk for us to get vehicles. However, there are rules to these vehicles. As a civilian, we are allowed to spawn in cars just to drive them around and showcase them around, but we are not allowed to use them to our advantage (E.X: High speed getaway from raids, bulletproof tires, etc). We too are allowed to have fun.

Spawned in staff cars are not an advantage, since you do not have access to these vehicles you do not know that 90% of our list of cop cars are terrible. For example, the police Lamborghini goes max 80 mph, not as good handling, not as good brakes. The 2013 Ford Explore goes about max 120-130 with terrible and I mean TERRIBLE handling and terrible brakes. We even have cars that go max of 20-40 mph. Only develeports+ can modify any vehicle in turns of vehicle stats, no one else can. There are no fast supermodels that are specifically designed for cops, all supermodels are civilians and their 120 mph Shelby Omni. If you want to talk about fairness, then cop cars should be changed a bit to have increased in speed since 90% of the population have Nissan Skylines r32 that goes from 0-140 mph in a matter of seconds. Staff spawned cars don't give anyone an advantage

Like I said, staff help the server a lot. Staff are allowed to have perks, they really don't give an advantage to anything.

Hopefully this clarified some things.
ok fam there is no need to write an essay on this you're not being reported this is a general discussion. First off, almost all of the time staff deem HKS on national guard necessary. Staffs' way of fun shouldn't be getting the whole roster on cop or national guard and baiting criminals to break the law and look for any reason to have a shootout with them. You guys are ruining players' experience for ur enjoyment. Maybe try playing like a criminal or try the other jobs @Mark and @DevulTj have made that we are thankful for. You can even watch my guides on how to do them that I made a while back. This also leads to reports not being taken due to the whole roster being on cop for hours and players being frustrated at staff for punishing them for complaints about their sits not being taken. I understand spawning in better vehicles for chasses since u guys don't have vehicles as fast as criminals, but not million-dollar cars that take us players tens-hundreds of hours to grind for. It makes the grind pointless when staff con just spawn the car in whenever they want on cop, instead of actually grinding the server as it was intended too. Same thing with the HK's they are rare on mono now since they cannot be crafted and are at a low supply, civs can get one for 80k or more which is expensive. This post wasn't met to target any staff in specific and is not a shit post.

Its unfair on your playerbase to use the best weapon in the game just cus "why not xD lel, gl tryna do a shootout now" Like unless there is a big raid/big situation. Play as a cop, like everyone else.
staff are not just people who take tickets from 9-5, we too want to take a break from getting screamed at and just want to play the game.
Im not saying to take tickets, but this isnt a relevant point as to why staff should be on national guard unless there is a big situation.

Just out of curiousity did you test that on monolith or in sandbox? Because the weapon stats differ. If it was on monolith though then I have no problem with you guys using the HK anymore given that they'd be equal to civilian weapons.

Tested on the actual server with the player obtainable weapons. They are literally the same damage, about the same fire rate, but the xm8 has a little wider spread.

this is a prime example of my point of the whole staff team hopping on cop and ruining other players' experience on the server for their enjoyment. It shows @Arroyo @Thegamingshain killing @FallenderMond for equipping a machete which was rightfully correct, but they then proceed to be toxic by singing / micspamming a whole song over his body to annoy him. Which isn't funny. This isn't to target these individuals only an example of my point I made. Please do not delete this post as it is rightfully posted and a good argument to be made.

This is so far from the truth and which I do not know why since this discussion just turned into something against staff. Literally, the singing was @Thegamingshain and I having fun with @Jordan Cash . This was not us mic spamming over someone's body but just literally singing to a guy who batoned me and almost dropped me to my death as we were both cops. Instead of me giving him a blacklist for FailRP, RDM, & Unauthorized Corruption all I did was bring @Jordan Cash to the interrogation room and we all started to laugh and we started singing. No one's roleplay was ruined by this process or anyone's experience ruined, if no one liked it a simple "please stop" and everything would have ended. No one was being toxic and @FallenderMond literally had nothing to do with it. Im literally on the other side of the wall in that video.

your argument for you abusing your powers is that fallender wasn’t involved when you guys blacklist and ban people when fallender reports them when he has nothing to do with the situation

u can hear in the video he says this singing is ur punishment which refers to the guy he was going to arrest
the guy is Jordan, and no we didn't arrest him. we sang to him for fun because he falsely buttoned an officer. This has nothing to do with @FallenderMond and was completely fine with @Jordan Cash, i don't see why this is relevant to this topic. This is just an huge assumption gathered up with no evidence or context.
