[ADDED] Heist - A heist is an illegal activity involving one of the following places: Bank(s), Cargo Ship and Jewelry Store.
[ADDED] Police Raid - The act of police engaging with any known or unknown occupants of a building, violent or otherwise, with the intention of apprehending or searching for them.

Civilians need to commit crimes on their own initiative.
[CHANGED] [4.2.5] You may not lock your doors after they were lock-picked by criminals or forced open by the law enforcement. Accept the fact that the locks of your doors are temporarily broken,
until the situation concludes.

or in self-defense.
[CHANGED] [4.2.3] You are required to leave the area you raid after you remove, destroy, or steal anything of value, regardless of the raid’s success. You may not stick around
or wait until something of value is obtainable.
[CHANGED] [2.2.15] You are required to give the opposing party a reasonable amount of time to respond and act upon your commands and must make sure they heard you. Keep the voice-chat delay in mind.
[CHANGED] [2.1.12] In-character scamming other players of in-game items are limited to either 20.000 dollars in cash OR three
weapons of any kind. You may only scam someone for EITHER the money or weapons, not both. Scamming regarding membership to organizations is not allowed under any circumstances.

weapon and alternatively shoot them to injure them first. If they persist after this, you are free to kill them.

30-minute delay to do another mugging after your previous attempt that was either successful or unsuccessful. Any person in your party partaking in the mugging is also affected by this cooldown.
[ADDED] [4.1.1.4.1] You may only mug for a legal item if that same item was stolen from you within the past 30 minutes.
[CHANGED] [4.1.3.1] You may perform a
heist with no more than 8 people in total, at any given time, regardless if they are outside or inside the building. This excludes hostages.
[CHANGED] [4.1.3.2] You may take a maximum of 4 hostages for a
heist. Regular hostage-situations aren’t affected by this limit.
[CHANGED] [4.1.2.4] Hostages can not be from your own party, group or
organization.
[CHANGED] [2.2.10] You may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for writing you, your friends or
organization/party members a ticket. In addition, you may not harm a Law Enforcement Officer for previously arresting you and/or confiscating items from your inventory.

organization/party member's vehicle. In addition, you may not harm a Tow Truck Driver for previously towing or impounding you, your friend's or
organization/party member's vehicle.

- organizations get their own channel only accessible to their members. It is prohibited to use the discord for IC communication, eg: sharing locations, agreeing on meetings, trades etc.

organization/party.
[CHANGED] [5.4.1.1] As a Medic, you are not allowed to be open-for-hire to be a combat medic, meaning you can not specifically assist
organizations with medical supplies and medical assistance.

organization. Being in an
organization does not give you a valid roleplay reason to kill.
[CHANGED] [4.3.4] During a war between two opposing
organizations, both sides must still abide by ordinary roleplay roles such as RDM, as war is not a reason to kill.
[CHANGED] [4.2.1] You may only perform one raid (this counts for both ownable, un-ownable and government/public buildings), a hostage/kidnapping situation, or both situations simultaneously, per hour. This counts for both successful and unsuccessful situations. Survivors of a raid may ignore the “raid cool-down” if they decide to free
organization/party members from police custody or retrieve lost gear from the Police Department.
